As of version 0.9.6000 this package is arguably safer? on iOS 10.
(In specific, the expected dialog now appears, but if you are using the older Yalu for 10.0-10.1.1 jailbreaks, including the final "b3" clicking Restart will cause the device to lock up so you will need to reboot. This continues to be a known issue with this jailbreak.)
